Mahindra Satyam Appoints Vasant Krishnan as CFO
Mahindra Satyam, a global consulting and IT services provider, has appointed Vasant Krishnan as chief financial officer (CFO), effective 1 March 2011. Krishnan is a chartered accountant (CA) with over 25 years experience and presently with Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) as senior vice president (SVP). He will replace S Durgashankar, who will relocate to M&M.
