Pacific Office Properties Appoints Michael Burer as CFO

Pacific Office Properties Trust, a US west coast office real estate investment trust (REIT), has accepted the resignation of chief financial officer (CFO), James Wolford, and has named Michael Burer, previously the company’s executive vice president (EVP) of operations, as CFO.

Burer has served nine years with the company and its affiliates in ever-expanding roles, including senior vice president (SVP) of finance in which he managed the day-to-day operations of the finance and accounting department and most recently as EVP, operations. Burer received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management, his MBA from the University of San Diego School of Business and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law.
