Ricky Thirion to Speak at Global Corporate Treasurers Forum Europe

Ricky Thirion, vice president – treasury at Etihad Airways, has been confirmed as a speaker at the gtnewsGlobal Corporate Treasurers Forum Europe at the Ritz Hotel in Paris. The event, which will take place on 7-8 April 2011, is an annual independent forum for European corporate treasurers to meet face-to-face, listen to leading speakers and network with industry peers.

Thirion will be appearing on two panel debates: ‘Managing Banking Relationships’ and ‘Compliance: Friend or Foe’. In his role at Etihad, he oversees the treasury portfolio, which includes the treasury, corporate investments, corporate and structured finance and insurance departments. Last year, Thirion was voted Global Corporate Treasurer of the Year by gtnews readers for his work at Etihad Airways.
