The Howard Hughes Corporation, which owns, manages and develops commercial, residential and mixed-use real estate, has appointed Andrew Richardson as chief financial officer (CFO), effective 28 March 2011. Richardson will report directly to David Weinreb, chief executive officer (CEO). Grant Herlitz, the company’s president, has been serving as interim CFO.

Prior to joining NorthStar, he was an executive vice president (EVP) with iStar Financial.
