Ex-JP Morgan FI Head Stephanie Wolf to Join BofA Merrill

Stephanie Wolf will join Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BofA Merrill) in June as head of Americas financial institutions (FIs) treasury sales, reporting to Dub Newman, head of global treasury sales. Wolf succeeds Kathleen Gowin, who was named head of treasury sales account management in February 2011.

Wolf has more than 20 years of financial services experience spanning corporate banking, capital markets and corporate finance. Most recently, she was head of North American FI and federal government, treasury services sales and relationship management at JP Morgan.

Previously, Wolf spent nearly 10 years with Banc One Capital Markets in Chicago, first as asset-backed securities (ABS) team leader and later as insurance and finance companies division head. Earlier in her career, she worked in ABS and corporate finance at other FIs.

Newman will continue to lead the Americas FIs sales team until Wolf joins later this year.
