Finance Director Andy Mollett Leaves BMG Chrysalis Following Sale
Chrysalis group finance director Andy Mollett is to leave BMG Chrysalis following the completion of the sale of Chrysalis to BMG last month. Mollett joined Chrysalis in September 2007 as finance director and the following year was appointed as group finance director and company secretary.
During his time at the company Mollett helped to reorganise Chrysalis after it sold its radio division in 2007 and also managed the sale process of the company to BMG.
All of his duties and responsibilities have been transferred to BMG Group chief financial officer (CFO) Maximilian Dressendoerfer.
BMG Chrysalis board member Chris Wright said Mollett played a crucial role in resolving issues in the company’s transition. “He has been a vital part of the management from that time until the time when we decided to accept an offer from BMG Rights for the sale of the company,” he added. “I am extremely thankful to Andy for the part he played.”
