Norsk Hydro Goes Live with Brady Elviz ETRM Solution

Norsk Hydro, a global supplier of aluminium and aluminium products, has gone live with the Brady Elviz energy trading, transaction and risk management (ETRM) solution. The energy business area in Hydro will be using the Brady Elviz ETRM solution to manage its energy business, from trading and risk management right through monitoring portfolios, simulating scenarios, invoicing to reporting figures. Hydro is a major participant in the European energy markets.

Hans Petter Larsen, head of business solutions and systems in the energy business area in Hydro, said: “During implementation, we have developed a close relationship with the Brady team. It has been a cost effective implementation of a modern system that will support our current and future requirements in the European market. By using Elviz ETRM, we will benefit from a product, which is being constantly developed for Brady’s customers.”
