Edgewater Networks Hires Steve Morgan as CFO

Edgewater Networks, a provider of enterprise session border controllers, has hired Steve Morgan as chief financial officer (CFO). He brings over 20 years of experience as a senior financial executive responsible for managing all aspects of finance, legal and human resources for private and publicly held companies.

During his career, Morgan has built businesses from the ground-up and served as CFO for several venture backed start-up companies including Fanfare, RouteScience Technologies and Atmosphere Networks. Prior to Atmosphere, he held a number of finance positions at Whitetree, Integrated Process Equipment Corporation (IPEC) and KPMG. He has extensive experience creating the financial management, performance measurement and executive reporting systems required to manage and support growing businesses.
