Mindspeed's CFO Bret Johnsen Departs; Kristen Schmidt Named Interim CFO
Mindspeed Technologies, a supplier of semiconductor solutions for network infrastructure applications, has announced the resignation of chief financial officer (CFO) Bret Johnsen, effective 6 May 2011. The company has appointed Kristen Schmidt, executive director, finance, as interim CFO. Mindspeed has initiated a search for a permanent CFO with a professional search firm.
Johnsen joined Mindspeed in July 2008 as senior vice president (SVP), CFO and treasurer. Schmidt has worked at the company for 15 years.
