Deutsche Bank Appoints Lisa Robins as Head of GTB Asia-Pacific
Deutsche Bank has Lisa Robins as head of its global transaction banking (GTB) business for the Asia-Pacific region, effective in July 2011. Robins will lead the continued business expansion of the bank’s commercial banking activities spanning cash management, cross-border trade as well as securities services in Asia-Pacific. She will report into Werner Steinmueller, head of GTB. In this function she will also report to Boon-Chye Loh, head of the Corporate & Investment Bank, Asia-Pacific.
Robins, who will be based in Singapore, joins Deutsche Bank from JP Morgan, where she was a managing director, China executive for treasury and security services, vice chairman for JP Morgan China and manager of the Beijing branch.
With more than 20 years’ experience in banking, Robins has held a variety of global, regional and country management positions within transaction banking. Robins, who was educated in the US and Taiwan, is fluent in Mandarin.
