Reval's SaaS Version 11.0 to Help Hedgers Respond Quickly to Change

Reval has enhanced its software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution for corporate financial risk management. The new version strengthens a company’s ability to respond quickly to volatility in foreign exchange (FX), interest rate and commodity markets, and to uncertainty amid evolving rules governing derivative use.

Reval 11.0 enables users to continuously track hedge performance against policy throughout the life cycle of a derivative. It further strengthens FX straight-through processing (STP), prepares users for requirements of Dodd-Frank, and enhances core competencies in hedge accounting across all regions.

“As volatility continues across all asset classes, corporate treasurers are asking for more automated workflow and first rate risk management analytics to sense and respond to hedging exposures,” said Reval chief operating officer (COO) Philip Pettinato. “We’ve continued to connect the flow of information and expand the risk management functionality that clients need to get where they want to be in their hedge policies.”
