ID Watchdog Appoints Jay Lewis as CFO
ID Watchdog, a provider of consumer-facing identity theft protection and resolution services, has named Jay Lewis as chief financial officer (CFO). Lewis will be replacing Dennis Perkins, who is leaving after four years of service.
Lewis has over 25 years of executive level finance and accounting experience including 15 years of SEC reporting experience. He has raised over US$300m capital via both public and private offerings and executed numerous merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions. Prior to joining ID Watchdog, Lewis served as the CFO of Jones Media Networks, a Denver-based media company. While at Jones, he oversaw all finance, accounting, tax, treasury and investor relations functions.
