ETC's Selects Robert Laurent, Jr to Succeed Duane Deaner as CFO
Environmental Tectonics Corporation (ETC) has announced that Robert Laurent, Jr will succeed Duane Deaner as chief financial officer (CFO) when Deaner retires on 8 July 2011. Laurent, currently the company’s controller, has an extensive background in accounting and finance with an international public company.
From 1980 to 2008, Laurent was with Fedders Corporation where he served as executive vice president (EVP) and CFO from 1987 to 1998 and from 2004 to 2008. From 1998 to 2004, he served as EVP – acquisitions and alliances. Laurent was a private consultant from 2008 through 2010. He has a BS in Accounting from Villanova University.
