CLIC Sargent to Use Albany ePAY to Manage Donations
CLIC Sargent, the UK cancer charity for children and young people, has purchased Albany ePAY from electronic payment software solutions developer Albany Software. CLIC Sargent, a charity collecting thousands of donations via direct debit per month, makes the move from an outsourced bureau service to managing and processing collections in-house. The solution will provide the charity with greater control over cash-flow, ensure maximum security of donor information and facilitate cost savings at a time when there is increasing pressure on the number of donations it receives from the public.
The Albany ePAY solution is scalable, intelligent multi-payment routing solution that has the capability to integrate, connect and deliver from any existing accounting or payroll infrastructure. CLIC Sargent selected Albany ePAY for functionality that allows it to integrate with IRIS CARE, the charity’s existing database which underpins CLIC Sargent’s fundraising operations. Heather Doody, supporter relations executive at CLIC Sargent, said: “This direct integration enables CLIC Sargent to streamline its entire donor collections and administrative processes.”
