Hydrogenics Promotes Jennifer Barber to CFO and Corporate Secretary
Hydrogenics, a developer and manufacturer of hydrogen generation and fuel cell products, has promoted Jennifer Barber to chief financial officer (CFO) and corporate secretary, effective 29 July 2011. She replaces Lawrence Davis, who was Chief Financial Officer since 2005. He has resigned to pursue a senior finance role with the Ontario Workplace Safety and Insurance Board.
Barber, a chartered accountant (CA), has been with Hydrogenics since 2001, having served as vice president, finance and corporate controller since 2005 and is responsible for the corporation’s financial reporting and accounting operations.
