Sensata Technologies Promotes Robert Hureau to CFO

Sensata Technologies has promoted Robert Hureau to senior vice president (SVP) and chief financial officer (CFO), effective immediately. Hureau will report to chief administrative officer (CAO) and former chief financial officer (CFO) Jeff Cote. The change will enable Cote to focus more of his attention on organisational and administrative matters.

Hureau has served as vice president (VP) and chief accounting officer (CAO) responsible for worldwide accounting, external financial reporting, internal controls, treasury operations, tax and investor relations since May 2009. He joined Sensata in February 2007 as VP and corporate controller, and previously worked as VP, corporate controller and VP, finance at Brooks Eckerd Pharmacy and as corporate controller at Ocean Spray Cranberries.

Hureau holds a BSc degree from Babson College and an MBA from Babson College Franklin W Olin Graduate School of Business. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and is a certified public accountant (CPA) in Massachusetts.
