OTC Markets Group Appoints Wendy Fraulo as CFO

OTC Markets Group has appointed Wendy Fraulo as chief financial officer (CFO). Fraulo will oversee the financial operations of the financial information and technology services company that provides an electronic marketplace for broker-dealers to trade unlisted stocks.

Fraulo comes to OTC Markets Group with 12 years of public accounting experience, the last nine at Deloitte & Touche, where she most recently served as a senior manager in merger and acqusition (M&A) transaction services. Prior to her role in M&A, she was a senior manager in the assurance practice, serving Deloitte’s technology, media and telecommunications clients. Previously, Fraulo spent three years in the technology, media and telecommunications group at Arthur Andersen. She is a graduate of Fairfield University and is qualified as a certified public accountant (CPA) in Massachusetts and New York.
