BofA Merrill Expands China Corporate Banking Team
Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BofA Merrill) has expanded its China corporate banking team with two director appointments: Kenny Zhang and Lendy Cui. Both directors will report to Huang Xiaoguang, head of corporate banking China.
Zhang will be based in Shanghai and joins from Lunar Capital, where he was business partner. He has more than 12 years of corporate and investment banking experience, having also worked as a corporate banker with the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, HSBC and Citibank. Fluent in English, Japanese and Chinese, Zhang holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Beijing Foreign Studies University.
Lendy Cui will also join the Shanghai team. He has 13 years of experience in corporate banking, with more than five years at Citibank and Rabobank. Cui started his career in HSBC where he held various roles including credit analyst before becoming a corporate banker. He holds a Masters degree of Finance from Fudan University and a Bachelors degree of International Trade from Shanghai International Studies University.
