OpenTable Names Duncan Robertson as CFO

OpenTable, a provider of free, real-time online restaurant reservations for diners and guest management solutions for restaurants, has appointed Duncan Robertson as chief financial officer (CFO), effective 23 August 2011.

Robertson previously co-founded and served as CFO of SnapStick, a mobile application software company. Prior to SnapStick, he served as CFO of Aricent, a technology services company with annual revenues exceeding US$500m and operations in over 25 countries with more than 10,000 employees, from June 2005 to June 2009. Prior to Aricent, he served as vice president finance and investor relations at Flextronics, an electronics manufacturing services provider, from October 2001 to June 2005.

Robertson began his career in 1990 at Deloitte & Touche as a senior accountant, and went on to serve as vice president, finance and treasurer at Orbit Semiconductor, and later as CFO of Sensory. He is a chartered accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Town and a MBA degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
