CF Industries Holdings Appoints Dennis Kelleher as SVP and CFO

CF Industries Holdings has appointed Dennis Kelleher senior vice president (SVP) and chief financial officer (CFO). He succeeds Anthony Nocchiero, who retired in 2010.

Kelleher has worked in financial and commercial capacities at Amoco Corporation and its successor, BP, for the past 21 years. Most recently he has served as vice president (VP), portfolio and strategy, for BP’s upstream business. Prior to that, he served as CFO for Pan American Energy, a joint venture between BP and Bridas Corporation, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Earlier in his career he held financial positions in oil, gas and petrochemical operations in north Africa and Asia, and management positions in corporate mergers and acquisitions and Asian chemical joint venture operations.

Kelleher is a certified public accountant (CPA) and was employed as a senior accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co early in his career. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois and a Masters of Management degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
