OB10 Completes Transition to ISAE 3402

OB10, a global electronic invoicing (e-invoicing) network, has completed the transition from SAS 70 to ISAE 3402. PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) performed the independent assurance work in accordance with the new standard.

ISAE 3402 is the new globally recognised standard for internal operational controls reporting for service organisations. Unlike some of the previous standards in this area, ISAE 3402 now gives practitioners the ability to use a globally accepted framework, thus creating a more unified and transparent tool for reporting on operational controls at service organisations.

Luke McKeever, chief executive officer (CEO) of OB10, said: “The transition to ISAE 3402 has required us to prove our ability to meet a number of very stringent operating requirements, and we are proud to have achieved this transition so quickly and effectively.
