ACT Appoints Colin Tyler as CEO

The Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT) has appointed Colin Tyler as chief executive officer (CEO). From 1997 until earlier this year Tyler was employed by Rentokil Initial, firstly as director of treasury, tax and risk management, then business services director, and from 2007, he was divisional finance director, City Link. Prior to this, his career included various treasury roles at both Guinness and Amersham International.

Tyler has a first class degree in Medical Biochemistry, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW). Colin is a member of the ACT (MCT) and an MCT prize winner.
