GuardTime Appoints Tim Fitzpatrick as CFO

GuardTime, creator of the Keyless Signature technology, has appointed Tim Fitzpatrick as chief financial officer (CFO). Fitzpatrick replaces Bart Matusow, who has been appointed as the company’s chief operating officer (COO).

Before joining GuardTime, Fitzpatrick served as general counsel for five years to a US$3bn NYSE-listed medical devices company. Prior to that, he practiced law in the corporate finance practice of international law firms in the US and Hong Kong. Fitzpatrick received his MBA from the Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA Programme in Hong Kong, in addition to a JD degree from the University of California/Los Angeles School of Law, and an MA degree in Political Science from University of California/San Diego, and a BA in Political Science from Hamilton College.
