ASD Appoints Thomas Beck as CFO
ASD has appointed Thomas Beck as chief financial officer (CFO). As CFO, Beck will be responsible for all of ASD’s planning, accounting, human resources, tax and treasury functions.
A long-time ASD board member, Beck brings with him more than 35 years of experience in the management, advisory, financial and operations fields. Beck is the founding member of Swan Capital, a specialty investment bank, and Eagle Advisors, a finance and accounting contract services firm. He has also overseen 10 mergers and raised over US$150m in almost 30 transactions.
