Modine Appoints Kathleen Powers as Treasurer and Investor Relations
Modine Manufacturing, a thermal management technology and solutions company, has named Kathleen Powers as vice president (VP), treasurer and investor relations. She will be responsible for Modine’s global treasury and investor relations functions, including capital structure, liquidity, cash management, risk management, and investor communications.
Prior to joining Modine, Powers served as director of global treasury for Diversey, and previously served in a variety of financial leadership roles for CNH Global, CNH Capital and Case Corporation.
Powers holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Management from the University of Wisconsin- Madison and an MBA from Marquette University.
