PDF Solutions Appoints Gregory Walker as CFO and VP

PDF Solutions, a provider of yield improvement technologies and services for the integrated circuit (IC) manufacturing process lifecycle, has appointed Gregory Walker as chief financial officer (CFO) and vice president (VP) of finance. Walker is replacing Michael Shahbazian, who acted as the company’s interim CFO since mid-June and who will remain with the company during a transition period.

Prior to joining PDF Solutions, Walker held the position of senior vice president (SVP) and CFO at InnoPath Software, a provider of wireless-software for mobile device management. Before that, Walker was SVP and CFO at Magma Design Automation, a provider of electronic design automation software to the semiconductor industry. Earlier in his career, he held various financial roles at technology companies, including Synopsys, Integrated Device Technology, IBM and Xerox.
