GetWellNetwork Appoints Wellford Dillard as CFO

GetWellNetwork has appointed Wellford Dillard as chief financial officer (CFO). Dillard will be responsible for all financial operations including financial planning and analysis, accounting, and procurement.

Dillard brings experience in finance and operations, having served for the past two years as the vice president of finance and CFO of Opower, where his leadership and strategic management was instrumental in raising US$50m in funds, as well as developing the metrics, analytics, processes and systems needed to drive and support the company’s exponential revenue and employee growth.

Prior to Opower, Dillard held a number of senior leadership positions, including serving as CFO at Acumen Solutions, CFO at TMA Resources, vice president at WWC Capital Group and manager, Centre for Strategic Transactions at Ernst & Young, and as an equity analyst at Friedman Billings Ramsey & Company.

Wellford received his BA in Finance from the University of Memphis and his MBA in Finance and Investments from the University of Maryland, College Park, MD.
