Global Payments Launches Ingenico POS Terminal in North America

Global Payments, a global electronic payment (e-payment) processing company, has launched Ingenico iCT250 contactless point-of-sale (POS) terminal built on Ingenico’s Telium2 platform in Canada.

The iCT250 was selected by Global Payments to provide merchants with advanced features for processing cardholder payment transactions. The iCT250 offers built-in contactless processing, vivid color screen and large, back-lit buttons for high visibility.

“Merchants look to Global Payments to provide leadership with innovative products that help merchants deliver higher levels of customer satisfaction,” said Jeff McGuire, vice president product development and marketing for Global Payments’ Canadian operations. “The iCT250 delivers state-of-the-art functions and security features that our merchants expect while providing an enhanced customer experience.”
