Loyalist Group Appoints Nancy Lee as CFO
Loyalist Group, which provides educational services, has announced that Nancy Lee has returned as chief financial officer (CFO), replacing Gary Traer who resigned to pursue other opportunities. Lee is a chartered accountant and sole practitioner.
Since 1998, Lee has been the president of Nancy B Lee, Professional Corporation, a private professional chartered accounting corporation that provides accounting services, tax planning and financial advice to small and medium-sized clients. Lee has also been an external auditor for OSAP Compliance Audit, which reports to the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities.
