LeadMaster Appoints Sócrates Jiménez as CFO

LeadMaster, a customer relationship management (CRM) and inside sales services company focused on the Asia-Pacific region, has hired Sócrates Jiménez as chief financial officer (CFO). Jiménez will be based at the company’s corporate headquarters in Sydney, Australia.

Jiménez has over 15 years of international corporate executive management as well as US investment banking experience. He has a proven track record, with a focus on strategic development and operational enhancement at every stage of the business cycle.

Prior to his appointment to LeadMaster, Jiménez was a consultant, including roles as CFO for emerging growth technology companies. His corporate experience includes executive management responsibilities at Aprisma Management technologies, a network management software company, as well as financial operations roles at Oracle.

Jiménez was a senior vice president (SVP) at Cascadia Capital, director at Pacific Crest Securities, vice president at PaineWebber, as well as held investment banking roles at Merrill Lynch and Sutro & Co. With a primary focus on the software and internet sectors, he led and executed merger and acquisition (M&A), public and private offering as well as corporate finance advisory transactions.

Jiménez has earned an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BA from Stanford University.
