Fitch Launches Indonesian Portal

Fitch Ratings has launched a new website for Indonesia. Indonesia’s economy and financial markets are seeing rapid growth and in tandem with Fitch’s growing presence in the country, the agency has designed the website to better serve domestic issuers, investors, regulators and the media.

The website offers users a database of Indonesia-only content – including information and updates of the agency’s rating coverage, rating methodologies, rating and non-rating action commentaries, as well as events and other activities organised by Fitch in Indonesia.

“This website will help Fitch to deepen its relationships with local market participants. It will also foster a wider readership, improve transparency and offer a greater understanding of Fitch’s rating process and methodologies – as well as provide Indonesia’s credit market with independent, timely and prospective credit opinions,” said Baradita Katoppo, country head of Fitch Ratings Indonesia.
