Liberty Silver Appoints Manish Kshatriya as EVP and CFO

Liberty Silver has appointed Manish Kshatriya as executive vice president (EVP) and chief financial officer (CFO). He replaces John Pulos, who is stepping down but will remain a director of the company.

Kshatriya has over 14 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, accounting, taxation and auditing obtained in public accounting practice and industry. He was most recently CFO of Augen Capital, a Toronto-based mining merchant bank, and was formerly the CFO of Augen Gold, a Toronto-based gold exploration company.

Kshatriya is a chartered accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. He is also a certified public accountant (CPA) in the US and a member of the Colorado State Board of Accountancy.
