Mercury Computer Systems Names Kevin Bisson as CFO

Mercury Computer Systems, a provider of commercially developed, application-ready ISR subsystems for defence prime contractors, has hired Kevin Bisson as senior vice president (SVP), chief financial officer (CFO) and treasurer. Bisson replaces Robert Hult, who is retiring. Hult has agreed to remain as a part-time employee for a limited period to assist with the transition of his responsibilities following his retirement as CFO.

Throughout his career, Bisson has held positions of increasing responsibility in corporate accounting and finance. Most recently, he was SVP, CFO and treasurer for SeaChange International, a publicly-traded company that develops, manufactures and markets digital video systems and services to cable, telecommunications and broadcast television companies worldwide. Bisson’s experience spans a diverse group of technology companies including American Superconductor, Axcelis Technologies and United Technologies.
