Michael Page Appoints Ex-Ocado Andrew Bracey as CFO

Michael Page has appointed Andrew Bracey as chief financial officer (CFO). Succeeding Stephen Puckett, Bracey is expected to take up his new role and join the board as an executive director on 23 April 2012.

Bracey joins from Ocado Group where he is currently CFO and executive director. Bracey has been CFO at Ocado since 2009. He joined Ocado while it was a private company and was part of the team that managed the transition to being a FTSE 250 company with leading institutional investors from across the globe. Prior to Ocado, Bracey had an 18 year career in private equity and investment banking. He ran Jefferies International’s European consumer group until 2009. From 2003 to 2008, he was at Barclays Capital, as head of the principal investments area, and also sat on the board and audit committee of Somerfield.

From 2000 to 2003, Bracey was a managing director at Credit Suisse. He started his career at UBS in 1991 in corporate finance after studying at Cambridge and the University of East Anglia.
