Hanse Orga Launches New Version of FinanceSuite Payment Management
Hanse Orga has released version 2.4 of the FinanceSuite Payment Management. With the update, several functions have been enhanced and new functions have been added. Among other things, central control of the group-wide payments has been made much more flexible, and all transactions can be viewed more easily in the central worksheet. The new release enables users to automatically start management reports directly from the central worksheet. Therefore, all information is available in real time to management.
Moreover, the release offers comfortable and enhanced e-mail features: users can flexibly define the recipients and determine which documents should be attached to the respective e-mail. Then, the e-mails are automatically created and sent with the relevant attachments. New input screens in the payment optimisation tool help to streamline manual tasks such as ad hoc payments and significantly speed up processes. The input screens can be customised to best suit customer requirements. These and many more enhanced and new functionalities ensure that payment processes will become even more efficient and cost-effective.
