Franklin Energy Services Appoints Tracy Pearson as CFO

Franklin Energy Services, a US energy efficiency services company, has appointed Tracy Pearson, certified public accountant (CPA), to the position of chief financial officer (CFO). She has served in CFO and president roles for public and private companies in the healthcare, distribution, technology services and energy sectors since 2001.

Pearson was most recently CFO/treasurer and risk officer with RMT, where she concentrated on diversification and cost containment for the company, and enabled revenue growth of 80% during a two-year period. Prior to that, Pearson was CFO for GE Healthcare’s diagnostic imaging services division, and CFO/general manager with Edge Medical.

Pearson began her career in accounting and auditing gaining experience with two of the ‘big four’ firms. In her 21 years in the financial management field, she has led a number of mergers and acquisitions and built corporate infrastructures that resulted in profitable growth.

Pearson is a CPA, holds an MBA in Finance and Organisational consulting from Boston College, and a BBA in Accounting from St Norbert College.
