IT2 Publishes Treasury KPIs Research

IT2 Treasury Solutions has published a synoptic, peer-reviewed research into corporate treasury key performance indicators (KPIs). The academic paper, authored by Paul Higdon, chief technology officer (CTO), IT2 Treasury Solutions, is the first research of its kind to identify, publish and analyse more than 60 KPIs across all areas of corporate treasury.

“KPIs are increasingly recognised as an essential component of the transparent, performance focused treasury function,” said Higdon. “Significant numbers of treasuries are now introducing them to measure, benchmark and improve front, middle and back office performance. Our research identifies and brings together KPIs that reflect the strategic and operational focuses of treasury, across cash and liquidity, funding and investment, FX, IR and commodities exposures, risk management and compliance and key treasury processes.”
