Mycroft Appoints Jeff Sanders as CFO
Mycroft, an IT security solutions company, has appointed Jeff Sanders as chief financial officer (CFO) to enhance Mycroft’s executive management team focused on the execution of its growth strategy. Sanders will lead the company in financial affairs and brings more than 20 years of strategic experience as a senior executive, board member and advisor for a variety of high-growth technology businesses.
Sanders’ deep expertise extend from leading two companies from the start-up phase to over US$100m in revenue to successfully building the finance discipline for private equity backed start-ups including Millennium Digital Media, a large cable multiple system operator (MSO), and Charter Communications, one of the largest providers of broadband communications.
Over his career, Sanders has transacted more than US$4.5bn in financing and acquisitions and has maintained relationships with a broad array of investment bankers, brokers, private equity and venture capital investors.
Sanders holds a BSc degree in Business Administration, Summa Cum Laude from the University of Missouri and earned his MBA, With Distinction, from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
