MetaSource Uses Virtual RevenueExpress

MetaSource, a business process outsourcer (BPO), has deployed RevenueExpress, ImageScan’s 5010 compliant healthcare revenue cycle management solution, in a fully virtual environment. RevenueExpress enables MetaSource to offer explanation of benefits (EOB) conversion services with greater efficiency at lower costs to its customers.

Configured with Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2, every RevenueExpress workstation and server runs in a 64-bit virtual environment using VMware vSphere, a virtualisation platform. RevenueExpress has a reduced infrastructure footprint, delivers high availability, and demonstrates quicker recovery times, proving to be more attractive than its standard physical hardware implementation, according to ImageScan.
