Quanta Services Promotes SVP Derrick Jensen as CFO

Quanta Services, a specialised contracting services company, has announced that chief financial officer (CFO) James Haddox will assume the role of executive vice president (EVP) of the company on 17 May 2012; Derrick Jensen, currently senior vice president (SVP) – finance and administration and chief accounting officer (CAO), will succeed Haddox as CFO. Jensen will also continue to serve as the company’s principal accounting officer.

Haddox will remain actively involved with the company as EVP, maintaining insurance, bonding and banking relationships and working with the executive team on strategic acquisitions, investments, international expansion and the long-term direction of the company.

Jensen has served as Quanta’s SVP – finance and administration and CAO since March 2011. He previously served as vice president and CAO of the company from March 1999 to March 2011, and as Quanta’s controller from December 1997 until March 2009.
