Christopher & Banks Names Peter Michielutti as CFO
Christopher & Banks, a based specialty retailer of women’s clothing, has hired Peter Michielutti as senior vice president (SVP), chief financial officer (CFO). He replaces Michael Lyftogt, who will return to his prior position as chief accounting officer (CAO).
Michielutti brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience to Christopher & Banks. Most recently he served as SVP and CFO at CSM Corporation, a commercial real estate company. He has an extensive retail background, having held the CFO position at Whitehall Jewelers, Wilsons Leather and Fingerhut, in addition to serving as a retail consultant at Prentice Capital.
