VendTek Systems' CFO Nurez Khimji Resigns
VendTek Systems, a developer and licensor of software for the global pre-paid and financial services markets, has announced the resignation of Nurez Khimji, chief financial officer (CFO) and corporate secretary. Khimji will continue to work with the company through a transition period which will end no later than 15 June 2012. The company has commenced a search for his replacement and will provide an update to the market when a replacement has been determined.
Senior management and the company’s audit committee will monitor and provide oversight of financial matters until a replacement has been found.
