InsideView Appoints Jim Lightsey as CFO
InsideView, a social intelligence provider, has named Jim Lightsey as chief financial officer (CFO). As CFO, Lightsey will lead the company’s strategic planning, financial management, business operations and analytics, accounting and human resources functions.
Prior to InsideView, Lightsey was a managing director with Crimson Consulting Group, where he drove marketing strategy engagements and managed key client relationships with leading technology and healthcare companies. He was also founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of emindhealth, a software-as-a-service (SaaS)-based healthcare start-up that was sold to Workplace Options in 2005.
In addition, Lightsey brings experience from several Fortune 500 companies, gained through his leadership role in Accenture’s strategic service practice and his management of public company financial audits for Ernst & Young. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) and holds an MBA in Multinational Management from the Wharton School, where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar, and a BA from the University of California Santa Barbara, with high honours.
