Arun Nayar Named CFO of Fire & Security Company

Tyco International, a provider of security products and services, has appointed Arun Nayar as executive vice president (EVP) and chief financial officer (CFO) of the remaining Fire & Security Company upon the separation of Tyco into three independent companies.

Nayar is senior vice president (SVP), financial planning and analysis (FP&A), investor relations and treasurer for Tyco. He joined the company in 2008 as SVP and treasurer, and also served as CFO of ADT Worldwide. Prior to joining Tyco, Nayar spent six years at PepsiCo in key roles, including CFO of operations, and vice president and assistant treasurer of capital markets. Nayar’s career spans more than 35 years and includes senior finance leadership roles with ABB and Westinghouse Electric.
