Sears Holdings Names Scott Huckins as Corporate Treasurer

Sears Holdings, an integrated retailer with over 3,900 full-line and specialty retail stores in the US and Canada, has hired Scott Huckins as vice president and corporate treasurers. Huckins comes to Sears from RSC Holdings, where he served as vice president and treasurer, responsible for global treasury, credit and investor relations activities.

Prior to RSC Holdings, Huckins spent seven years with Koch Industries, a diversified conglomerate with US$90bn in annual revenue. In his most recent position, he served as president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Koch Financial Products, a business with a US$2.7bn credit derivatives portfolio. He previously served as Koch’s corporate treasurer overseeing all global treasury activities; and earlier he served as chief financial officer (CFO) of a wholly-owned Koch Portfolio Company. Prior to Koch, Huckins was a vice president of capital markets at Finova Capital Corporation, where he focused on asset securitisations.

Huckins holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Arizona State University.
