ENGlobal's CFO John Beall Resigns
ENGlobal, a provider of energy-related project delivery solutions, has announced that John Beall, chief financial officer (CFO), has resigned to pursue other interests. An external search is underway for a new CFO.
In the meantime, the CFO duties will be assumed by the company’s controller, Mark Hess, certified public accountant (CPA), with oversight from Edward Pagano, president and chief executive officer (CEO). Prior to joining ENGlobal as CEO, Pagano served as CFO for a number of public and private engineering and construction companies.
