Volumatic and Essintial Partner in US on Cash Handling Systems
Volumatic is partnering with Essintial Enterprise Solutions in the US to expand its customer base for the firm’s cash counting and processing products and solutions.
The services Essintial will provide to Volumatic include customer support, depot repair, warranty chain management, warehousing and distribution, field service and critical inventory management. Volumatic makes cash handling and counting solutions, with major customers in the retail banking and leisure industries, which seek to make cash handing easier and cheaper for treasuries.
“We started looking for a service provider in the US several months ago, with two distinct objectives”, says Mike Cowling vice president of sales in North America at Volumatic, and the man leading the firm’s expansion drive there. “First we wanted a partner that could support our product range [of cash counting and handling machines], along with warehousing and order dispatch capabilities. Secondly, we required installation, commissioning and occasionally on-site assistance capabilities, as well as the usual remote services available by phone or internet. Essintial clearly have all the necessary skills.”
