Industry Expert Bevan Webster Joins Reval’s North American Team

Reval, the software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider of treasury and risk management (TRM) solutions, named industry expert Bevan Webster as vice president of professional services for North America.

The group said that Webster has over a decade of experience in finance, having led deployment projects and teams globally in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. This earlier work spans various market segments, including airlines, utilities, global financial institutions, and insurance companies, among others.

These companies are multinational corporates with sophisticated cash and liquidity management programmes and complex foreign exchange (FX), interest rate, and commodity hedging programmes. In addition, many apply hedge accounting under Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and International Accounting Standards Board (IASB).

Webster previously worked at Thomson Financial in London, and as a hedge accounting specialist, working on treasury systems design and international hedge accounting implementations in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting, finance, and economics from University of Auckland.
