Tim de Knegt is the strategic finance and treasury manager for the Port of Rotterdam. He is currently responsible for a 15-strong team that run the strategic finance and treasury activities at the Port of Rotterdam Group, these include but are not limited to business control, governance and management of subsidiaries, investment and portfolio management, as well as the following treasury functions: payments and cash management, liquidity management, corporate finance, investor relations and financial risk management.
He also promotes the Game Changing & Innovation community at Port of Rotterdam which stimulates internal as well as external innovation.
He has experience in multinational organizations, supported by excellent capabilities in cross-functional/cultural cooperation and communication. As a young and dynamic senior executive he challenges and redefines the status quo. He has been very successful in several different industries and able to effectively act at different levels of the organization to stimulate a value-driven culture.

Bruno Mellado is head of payments and receivables within BNP Paribas Cash Management. Most recently leading the payment transformation projects at BNPP Paribas, the extension of Cash Management product portfolio across Europe and the reinvention of the Customer Servicing Journey. Since joining BNP Paribas, he has held several positions leading large scale programs on Sales Efficiency, Data Analytics and building a Payment Hub for the Group. Prior to Europe, Bruno held several consulting assignments in Canada where he advised several Canadian Federal Departments on project management and technology implementation. He holds an MBA in Finance from Solvay Business School and a BCOMM in Business Administration and Marketing from Queen’s University.

After joining Royal Mail in 1998 Auna has worked in various roles in the treasury department - initially as treasury accountant responsible for the monthly accounts and treasury management system, then managing the back office before moving on to head the front office including managing Royal Mail’s sterling liquidity as well as the group’s commodity hedging programmes.
Prior to Royal Mail, Auna worked at Glaxo Welcome and Merck, Sharpe and Dohme. She has a degree in Law from the Queens University of Belfast and is both a CIMA and ACT associate member.

Rick is the director of treasury for Rotary International. He has overall responsibility for worldwide treasury management, including foreign exchange risk management, global cash management and banking relationships, global credit card processing, working capital management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable and recognition process management functions.
He oversees the development of corporate policies related to domestic and international treasury management, short-term investments, working capital management, foreign exchange risk management, and Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities. He also serves as a Board member and the Treasurer of PPH National Insurance Company, Rotary’s captive insurance company.
Rick holds a BFA in Management and an MS in Finance from DePaul University, holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, and is a Certified Treasury Professional with Mastery of Canadian Treasury. He is a member of the CFA Institute, the CFA Society of Chicago, and the Association for Financial Professionals. Rick is also a member of the Rotary E-club of the Southwest USA and a member of the Finance Committee for the RESCU Foundation, Inc.

Rolf C. Lehmann is group treasurer of Vetropack Holding Ltd based in Buelach Switzerland. He has led the project to define and structure the treasury needs of Vetropack. In the following step, he set up the whole infrastructure, rolled it out and trained the local correspondents. Prior to the job at Vetropack, Rolf ensured several assignments as finance director for subsidiaries of Swiss companies throughout Europe and in Africa where he managed local finance and accounting departments, liquidity challenges and reported into the Headquarters.
Rolf has set up in his current position group-wide cash management, cash pools in various currencies, connection from TMS to banks through the EBICS protocol as a straight-through processing of the group's payment process. At Vetropack Holding Ltd he evaluated different Treasury Management Systems before it has been decided to roll-out SAP for the whole group.
As a pledge to make the most out of the position as group treasurer, Rolf added a CAS as Swiss Certified Treasurer at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts to his bachelor degree gained at Bern University of Applied Sciences.

Creating and nurturing new franchise opportunities through emergent technology and strategic alliances are areas of passion. He is currently focused on delivering commercial applications of distributed ledger technology.
He has an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur, India with a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering. Together with his spouse; an educator with a deep professional background in social work; they are raising an 11-year-old.
