Alistair Cotton

Alistair joined Currencies Direct in 2009 and is now a Senior Corporate Dealer. He looks after a portfolio of corporate clients, and focuses on helping them to manage their currency exposure and to plan and execute their risk mitigation strategies. Alistair appears from time to time on the Today programme and BBC News 24, where he provides comment and opinion on the foreign exchange markets. He also regularly writes on foreign exchange for the press in the UK and beyond. He is FSA-approved and a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. Alistair holds a Master in Economics from the University of Leeds.
